Cattle farm manager

Requirements for the candidate:

• professional higher education in the fields of: “Zootechnics, veterinary medicine”, work experience of 3 years or more;
• it is possible to consider a candidate without a specialized education in the case of experience in the management of the MTF (with a total population of at least 500 heads of the total herd) for 3 years;
•confident PC user;
• skills of working with herd management programs (ORSEK, etc.)
We need a leader who can organize and work in a team, with good communication skills.

Functional duties:

•organization and control of all work processes on the farm, in accordance with the technologies of feeding, milking, raising young cattle, treatment, reproduction;
• cattle farm staff management;
• training of employees in the necessary technological processes.
